How long should I expect to wait before receiving my purchase?

You should receive immediate downloads right away. The email sent may take a few minutes. If you are ordering a CD, you can still download the designs as the download version is available to you also. You also have all the feature of retrieving your designs from your account anytime in the future. Expect the CD to arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Do I need any special software to open or view the files ?

What comes on the CD when purchasing via CD?

On the CD, the exact same information comes on it that is available via download and off of our product pages. The advantage to a CD is if you have trouble downloading, and all of the files are already unzipped and ready to use!
